Snacking Provides Comfort.

Young adults are facing a lot of changes in their life such as college classes, entering the workforce, moving out and living on their own. Stress eating is real. It’s not a habit people may be fond of but we all do it one time or another. Goldfish is a great late night snack and we can show that it is not just a snack for kids but a snack that can give them comfort through stressful times.

To provide the best comfort while you’re stressed Goldfish would launch new “Late Night Snack Blends” encouraging people to eat Goldfish as a late night snack. Originally we would launch three late night snack blends including: Cheese Lovers, Spicy Cheddar, or Pretzel Delight.

Social Media

The first part of the campaign includes social media guided meditation and wellness posts. These posts would help to get the idea across and that Goldfish can help you relax in stressful times.

Out of Home

To help spread the word about Goldfish Late Night Blends, Goldfish would release these out of home billboards in popular cities and college towns.

Collaboration with Chegg

Goldfish would collaborate with Chegg to send a mini snack mix of Goldfish Late Night so college students could be one of the first to try the blends. In the package a flyer would introduce the new Late Night Blends and have a QR code that they could scan. This QR code would then take them to the Goldfish Late Night microsite

Microsite

Once customers scan the QR code they are taken to our microsite where they first enter their name and phone number. Then can submit their favorite late night snack under fan features, shop the new Late Night Blends, and submit ideas for their own Late Night Goldfish Blends. The site will only be available to access after 10pm!

Text Messages

Goldfish would collect phone numbers from the website and send motivational and promotional messages to customers regularly. The messages would encourage wellness, promote the new Late Night Blends, and encourage fans to submit their ideas of blends on the website!

Experiential

Goldfish would actually pair with different colleges across the nation to put Late Night Goldfish vending machines on campus. This way any college student craving a Late Night snack could get our Late Night Blends!
